SEMINAR

Lone Rock was designed for a low tech experience so that guests can disconnect as much as possible. The meeting rooms are designed to be conversational. Typical meeting items are available and can be discussed on your planning call with the property.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Lone Rock has a talented culinary team that will curate your meal and session break options. Our executive chef will schedule time with the meeting planner in advance to discuss proposed seasonal menus, food restrictions and allergies. In addition, locations and timing of each break and meal period will be determined.

Food and beverage at Lone Rock are communal and designed so that the guests can serve themselves.

Meals can be made available at the group's "homeroom" in the lodge. We also invite guests to our additional dining options on the first floor of the Lodge. The three additional venues for our guests include the Saloon, Meadow Bistro and Pizzeria. They are designed to foster social interaction while feeling comfortable for guests who just met and are dining together. All venues open up to our beautiful meadow and outdoor patios.

Our food has been curated and cooked with love by our culinary team.

Transportation

Lone Rock strives to offer a natural environment as much as possible. Therefore, the campus was designed without parking lots and the vision of travelers arriving via shuttle in groups.

Arrive to Lone Rock via shuttle arranged by your group planner or Lone Rock booking contact. We are located approximately One hour and 30 minutes from Denver International Airport. Groups pay for their own transportation.

Your property host will provide you with shuttle recommendations from DIA.
